Q. How do you pick up the cigarette butts?

Most of the butts are picked up the "good ole fashion" way with our hands. Cigarette butts often get pushed into the cracks of the pavement and walkways and the only way to get them is to pick them out. Butts in landscaped areas also often have to be picked by hand as to not disturb the landscaping. For larger areas we use many different types of power vacuums.

Q. What do you do with the cigarette butts?

We collect the butts and take them to the landfill. Unfortunately, there is no commercial means to recycle, but we would rather have them in the landfill then spread throughout the environment.

Q. Do you clean cigarette receptacles?

Absolutely! Clean, deodorize and replace sand if necessary.

Q. Do you provide residential service?

Yes. We provide residential customers with a fire safe cigarette butt receptacle and will clean it out once a week. Over 1,000 people die each year due to house fires from cigarette butts.

Q. Is Butt Busters a Franchise?

We will pick up all types of litter while searching for cigarette butts.
