The founder of Butt Busters, Mark Jarema, has seen a lot of butts! As the owner of an entertainment company Mark has had the
pleasure of entertaining at many different venues. Each place had a common issue: hundreds and hundreds of cigarette butts littered the ground.
The more he looked, the more he noticed. According to Mark, "I have noticed cigarette butts in the parking lots, along the grass lines,
in the landscaping, around the gutters, parking stops, entry/exit ways and along curbs. I have watched people pull in parking lots and toss
their butts out their car windows. I have seen people toss their butts on the ground when an ashtray was within reach. Butts, butts, butts.
That's all you see on the ground. People think that someone else will clean up the environment."
Mark realized it was time to act and formed Butt Busters as an environmental maintenance company needed to protect the environment. Cigarette butts affect the environment, drinking water, animals, and children. Butt Busters is a complete cleaning service, which includes butt cleaning and disposal from the front door to the edge of the property. The team also empties, washes, and deodorizes any external butt receptacles and filter and replaces sand. The community is Mark's number one goal, and for that reason, recognition is given to those that support Butt Busters.
